The Governor will flag of the three-day conference on the 31st at Resource Centre For Tribal Development (HADP).
Several scientists and dignatories are expected to take part at the conference which will throw light in water management technologies, conservation of soil, water harvesting, impact of climate change on soil and water and more.
The theme of the conference is "Farmers friendly soil and water conservation technologies for mitigating climate change impact".
