In a greeting message released today, M.K. Stalin has said that Pongal is a special and singular festival for the whole of Tamil race which preaches equality and the harvest festival is celebrated by one and all, here.
Even as efforts are sown for agricultural prosperity, on this special day there should be efforts to grow good governance (Nallatchi) in the soil of the state.
