Udumalpet : Around 50 members of Hindu Makkal Katchi were arrested for laying siege to KSRTC bus in Udumalpet.
Condemning the Kerala state government for allowing two women into Sabarimala temple, this morning around 50 members of Hindu Makkal Katchi laid siege to Kerala State Road and Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus in Udumalpet enroute from Munnar.
Following this, the protesting members of Hindu Makkal Katchi including district organiser of the party, Ramanan were arrested by Police.
Following this, Police were deployed for the safety of KSRTC buses in Udumalpet.
