Nilgiris : Kathiravan took charge as new Regional Transport Officer at Nilgiris today and he advised tourists’ vehicle operators to offer better service to tourists.
The new RTO met with maxi-cab, tourist bus operators, minibus owners and auto rickshaw drivers today. Kathiravan said that the Regional Transport Office will be completely computerized from next year and vehicle owners can avail various services including taxes online.
The new RTO also advised tourist vehicle operators to operate vehicles keeping in mind the safety and security of tourists.
