Kaja Moideen runs an electrical shop at Vijayapuram, here. As he did not make enough profits in his business, Kaja decided to look out for a new job.
"Meanwhile, lured by a youtube video which featured an advertisement on manufacturing and selling LED bulbs at high profits, I registered my mobile phone in the said portal", he said.
"Subsequently, I received a call in which the person at the other end said that he was calling from Abi Enterprises located in New Delhi and they are ready to send him the requested LED bulb manufacturing machines. And, I was asked to remit an advance of Rs.60,000 towards machinery. Trusting his words, I borrowed money from a finance firm and deposited it Abi enterprises's bank account", he briefed.
"Meanwhile, in return, they only sent me machine and equipment capable of manufacturing just 200 LED bulbs. When I enquired about this to the company, they failed to respond", he alleged.
