Coimbatore : The kin of 29-year old Mohammed Rafiq (29) damaged the mirror of VGM Hospital here, alleging that the youth had died due to wrong treatment.
According to sources, Mohammed Rafiq, son of Sulaiman, a resident of Singanallur was admitted to VGM Hospital here, due to stomach pain. He died today, without responding to the treatment.
Meanwhile, Rafiq’s kin argued with the hospital management alleging that he had died due to wrong treatment. As the argument intensified, his relatives damaged the hospital's frontage mirror.
Upon information, police reached the spot and carried out an investigation.
Rafiq's kin have refused to take his body demanding action against the doctors who allegedly administered wrong treatment. Due to the incident, tense situation prevailed in the hospital.
