City's Corporation launches 'Social Capital' App


'Social Capital' is an important constituent of the prosperity of a City' is the mantra of the initiative 'Social Capital' launched by Corporation Commissioner Vijayakarthikeyan at the Sidhapudur Corporation School. He launched an App called 'Social Capital App' and a website www.thesocialcapital.in.

Coimbatore in recent times, has witnessed many laudable projects and initiatives through the joint efforts of the Government (Corporation) along with the NGO's, Corporate Organisations, Media partners, who have volunteered at all needy times and showcased their earnest execution. Hence, the Corporation have built a platform to integrate the efforts of NGO's, Corporates, Startups, etc., along with the Government which can pave way to build a efficacious City. 

Members from various NGO's, Heads of Corporate Organisation and Govt. Officials participated in the event.
