Kerala food festival at Residency

Coimbatore's fame Hotel Residency will be hosting an authentic Kerala food festival from 18th August to 28th August in their buffet section at 'Pavillion'.

The enticing pallate of vegetarian and Non-vegetarian dishes surely would brim the buffet says, Chef Ashok kumar.

'All dishes would be explicitly prepared using coconut oil, the natural taste enhancer of all ethnic tropical dishes of Kerala. However, there is a strong misconception of using coconut oil for cooking but that's not true. When cooked at optimum heat levels i.e., below 150 degree F, it doesn't cause any harm. In fact, Coconut oil has lot of medicinal values' said, Chef Ashok Kumar.  'Kutta Naadan Duck Roast is a must try dish at the food festival', he added.

The tariff for the Adults is fixed at Rs. 1200 and children at Rs. 700 for the buffet.
