Leading property developer alleged for sub-standard construction

Today morning, the Avinashi road (near GKNM Hospital) was in a ruckus as a group of investors thronged the office of Elysium Properties, a well-known establishment in the real estate industry.

The investors reported that they had booked Villas at Elysium Property's 'Flushy Meadows' at Kaikolampalayam of Velanapatti Panchayat. The 13.5 acres of land comprising of 117 Villas at premium quality was promised to be delivered to the investors.

After the completion of the project,  the investors were shocked as the electrical fittings, doors, window panels, etc., were much below the promised quality standards.  The investors were annoyed by the deceiving act of the builder and hence dumped the low-quality materials in the builder's office, near GKNM hospital, Avinashi Road.

They have demanded action against Subash Balasubramanaiam, Managing Director of Elysium Properties who was alleged on swindling of Rs. 100 crores.
