The head of the Afghanistan Parliament's HR department, Khalillullah, has been killed in an explosion in Kabul, Afghan channel TOLO News reported on Friday evening.
The explosion, which occurred in Kote Sangi, an area in the capital, has reportedly killed another, and wounded two, the channel said.
The report comes less than a week after two blasts killed at least 80, and wounded 230. The attack was claimed by the Islamic State.
