AJK College joins the city in paying tribute to Dr. Kalam


The whole nation is paying tribute to the beloved People's President Dr. Abdul Kalam on his first death anniversary.

The city of Coimbatore witnessed some interesting projects initiated by various NGO's and Educational institutions. 

AJK College of Arts and Science, Navakkarai portrayed a photo exhibition of Kalam at their institution. 



The Visual Communication students featured some rare and unseen pictures of Kalam, depicting his life journey. Dr.Kalam's photo designed using colored grains (national flag theme), caught the attention of the crowd. 



The institution has also planned to conduct a various event like oratorical competition, poem competition and quiz competition for the public, at Madukkarai Market. Perur, DSP Krishnamoorthy will distribute the prizes.

 



Secretary Ajith Kumar Lal Mohan and Mrs. Bindu Ajith welcomed the guests. Pichanur Panchayat President Thangam and other dignitaries graced the occasion.
