Alcoholic son brutally attacked mom

An unforeseen incident in Periyanaickenpalayam is yet another example revealing the eerie and unpredictable behaviour of alcoholic addicts.

Sanjay Krishna, aged 22, deemed to be an alcoholic was residing with his mother Usha, aged 44, who works as a domestic servant at nearby localities.  Due to his addiction towards alcohol, he was very irregular to his work and has been often quarreling with his mother, who has been monetarily sustaining the family.

Yesterday, Sanjay Krishna has come home totally drunk and has troubled his mother to give him money to continue his drinking spree. In no time, the scuffle got heated up and he started to attack his mother brutally, leaving her with severe injuries.

Usha, has raised a complaint at the local police station against her son.
