Madukkarai Maharaja brings new mates to the scene in cbe

It was a surprise and shock for the forest department team as the tusker was seen roaming with two new mates around the area. Could it be that he is strengthening his side for the fight? However, the forest officials are not much concerned about the 2 new elephants as they could be fled away through bursting crackers.

The Maharaja Operation team is fully geared up to capture and tranquilize the lone tusker. The idea is to tranquilize the tusker and deport him to Topslip, elephant training camp. Once the tusker has calmed down to normalcy he will be trained by expert Paagans to transform him to a Kumki. A team is being deployed to Topslip to inspect the cage allotted for the tusker.

The team has asked the people of Madukkarai to restrain from going for early morning walks and also not commuting after 7 pm in the evening. The Maharaja operation head, assures that utmost care will be taken by the team in carrying out the Operation.

Naturalist and NGO's of animal rescue organisations are closely monitoring the scenario.
