At Aganur area, Thudiyalur the sight of an unconscious man lying inside the ATM created chaos amongst the locals. The public informed the situation to the local police immediately.
Upon initial Police investigation, the unidentified man was later identified as Rangasamy and shockingly he has not come there to access the ATM but to loot it. He was reported drunk and had made attempts to break the machine and loot the cash but unexpectedly the ATM door locked itself from inside. He was struck inside and out of panic he fainted off.
Police have filed a case and further investigation is on.
