MLA PRG Arunkumar Inaugurates Road Projects in Naickenpalayam Panchayat

MLA PRG Arunkumar initiated two concrete road projects worth Rs. 9 lakhs in Naickenpalayam Panchayat, Coimbatore. The projects aim to improve infrastructure in Sabari Nagar, Tringa Nagar, and Palamalai Main Road areas.


Coimbatore: PRG Arunkumar, MLA of Coimbatore Kavundampalayam constituency and Secretary of DMK's Coimbatore Suburban North District, inaugurated two concrete road projects in Naickenpalayam Panchayat on Monday.



The first project, valued at Rs. 6 lakhs, will construct concrete roads from Murugan's house to Rangasamy's house in Sabari Nagar, and from Rangaraj's house to Dinakaran's house in Tringa Nagar. This project is funded by the Union General Fund.



The second project, estimated at Rs. 3 lakhs, will lay a concrete road from Palamalai Main Road to Asokan's house. This project is funded by the Union Committee Fund.



MLA Arunkumar performed the Bhoomi Puja for both projects in the presence of local officials and party members. Duraisamy, the Union Secretary of Periyanaickenpalayam, Union Councillor Narmadha Duraisamy, party activists, and local residents attended the events.

These infrastructure improvements are expected to benefit the residents of Nayakkanpalayam Panchayat by providing better road connectivity and easier commute within the area.
