The comprehensive program covered a wide range of topics, including Expectation Setting, Grooming Body Language, Goal Setting, Leadership and Team Bonding, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, Communication Skills, and SWOT Analysis. These sessions were designed to foster a holistic approach to education, focusing on both self-development and professional growth.

Students participated in interactive sessions that guided them through various aspects of personal and professional development. From learning how to present themselves confidently to setting both short-term and long-term goals, the induction programme emphasized the importance of a well-rounded skill set for success in the engineering field.

A significant portion of the induction focused on developing Leadership and Team Bonding capabilities, crucial for success in both academic and professional environments. Participants also learned about Conflict Management and Emotional Intelligence, skills that are critical for navigating challenges in their future careers.

To assess the effectiveness of the program, students took part in a Final Assessment, which included practical applications of the lessons learned during the induction.
