The Adiyogi Divyadarshanam show at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore, will be suspended from September 24-28 for maintenance. Regular darshan of Adiyogi and Yogeshwar Linga continues. The show resumes on September 29.

Coimbatore: The popular Adiyogi Divyadarshanam, a video imaging show projected on the 112-foot Adiyogi statue at Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, will be temporarily suspended for five days due to scheduled maintenance work. The show will not be conducted from September 24 to September 28, 2023.

Despite the temporary pause in the show, devotees can continue to visit and have darshan of Adiyogi and Yogeshwar Linga as per the usual schedule. The Adiyogi, Dhyanalinga, and Linga Bhairavi complexes will remain open for darshan without any changes to their regular timings.

The Adiyogi Divyadarshanam, which typically begins at 7:20 PM daily, has been a major attraction for thousands of visitors who come to the Isha Yoga Center from around the world. The center, situated at the foothills of the Velliangiri Mountains in Coimbatore, sees a constant influx of devotees and tourists.

The 15-minute video imaging show, narrated by Sadhguru, portrays the story of Adiyogi Shiva imparting the science of yoga to the Saptarishis and his significant contributions to humanity. This captivating presentation has mesmerized millions of viewers since its inception.

Isha Foundation officials have announced that the Divyadarshanam will resume its regular schedule from September 29, 2023, once the maintenance work is completed. Visitors planning their trips to the Isha Yoga Center during this period are advised to take note of this temporary suspension of the show.

The maintenance work is part of the center's commitment to ensuring the best experience for visitors and maintaining the quality of the audio-visual presentation. While the brief interruption may disappoint some visitors, it is seen as necessary for the long-term sustainability of this unique spiritual and cultural attraction.
