Coimbatore West Postal Division Invites Public Grievances by September 16

Coimbatore West Postal Division announces zonal-level postal grievance meeting. Public can submit complaints by September 16. Meeting date to be announced soon.


Coimbatore: The Coimbatore West Postal Division has announced that a zonal-level postal grievance meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Postmaster General, Western Region. The exact date of the meeting will be announced soon.

Postal customers are invited to send their complaints to the Chief Postmaster General, Western Region Office, Coimbatore - 641030, by September 16. The envelope containing the complaint should be clearly marked as "Postal Grievance Meeting Complaint".

For complaints related to registered post, speed post, or money orders, customers should include the date and time of posting, sender and recipient addresses, and the registration number of the postal item. In cases of postal savings accounts or insurance-related issues, complainants should provide the savings account number, insurance policy number, account holder or policyholder's name and address, post office name, and details of any deductions made.

The Postal Department has emphasized the importance of including these specific details to ensure efficient handling of complaints during the upcoming grievance meeting. This initiative aims to address and resolve various postal service issues faced by the public in the Coimbatore West Postal Division.
