Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Texcity Celebrates Raksha Bandhan with Peelamedu Police Officers

The Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Texcity commemorated Raksha Bandhan with police officers at E2-Peelamedu Police Station, tying rakhis and sharing sweets to honor their service and foster community relations.


Coimbatore: In a heartwarming gesture of respect and gratitude, the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Texcity celebrated Raksha Bandhan with police officers at the E2-Peelamedu Police Station in Coimbatore District. The event aimed to honor the tireless efforts of law enforcement officers in ensuring public safety and to strengthen the bond between the community and the police force.



Students from the Rotaract Club tied rakhis on the wrists of police officers, symbolizing protection and respect.



The celebration also included the sharing of sweets, adding a festive touch to the occasion. This unique initiative not only expressed appreciation for the police officers' dedication but also served as a platform to enhance community relations.



During the event, police officers emphasized the importance of youth participation in community activities. The celebration provided an opportunity for Rotaract Club members to engage with law enforcement personnel and gain insights into recent issues and awareness measures.



Texcity members expressed their joy in celebrating Raksha Bandhan with the hardworking police officers who serve the nation diligently. The event was attended by E2 Police Station officers along with Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Texcity's President Jaiseelan B, Secretary Rudhra M, Event Chairperson Kalpana J, and members Prapanjani M and Sanjay Pranav J.

This Raksha Bandhan celebration at the police station created a friendly atmosphere, fostering mutual understanding and respect between the youth and law enforcement. It also provided a platform for the Rotaract Club members to showcase their commitment to community engagement and social responsibility.
