Coimbatore Corporation Councilor G V Naveen Kumar Hoists National Flag at Multiple Independence Day Events

G V Naveen Kumar, Coimbatore Corporation Councilor and State Vice President of Youth Congress, participated in various Independence Day celebrations across Coimbatore, hoisting the national flag and addressing gatherings.


Coimbatore: G V Naveen Kumar, Coimbatore Corporation Councilor and State Vice President of Youth Congress, actively participated in multiple Independence Day celebrations across various parts of Coimbatore on August 15th. The events took place in several areas including Vilankurichi, Saravanampatti, SRP Mill, Periyar Nagar, Valiyampalayam, Lakshmi Nagar, Rathinagiri Nagar, and Amman Nagar.

Naveen Kumar hoisted the national flag at these locations, marking the 77th Independence Day of India. The celebrations saw enthusiastic participation from local residents and party members, showcasing the spirit of patriotism and unity.



In a notable event, Naveen Kumar visited the Government Primary School in Valiyampalayam, Coimbatore. Here, he not only hoisted the national flag but also delivered a special address to the students and staff, emphasizing the importance of Independence Day and the role of youth in nation-building.



The event at Vilankurichi witnessed a significant gathering of prominent local figures and party members. Among those present were Saravanampatti Raguraman, Vilavai Gopal, Samuel Das, Jayaprakash, Murugesan, Muruganantham, Marudachalam, and Youth Congress President Kalaichelvan. Other attendees included Murali Krishnan, Suresh Karthik, Ambal Prakash, Karthik, Prasanth, Sundarasamy, and Student Congress member Vijay.



The celebrations also saw participation from various other local leaders and party workers including Ramalingam, Mani, Valiyampalayam Balu, Ganesan Maiyan, Babu, Pattilingam, Jayan, Pasupathi, and Liban. The widespread participation underscored the community's commitment to celebrating India's independence and fostering a sense of national pride.
