Kumaraguru College of Technology Hosts Silver Jubilee Celebration for Alumni in Coimbatore

Kumaraguru College of Technology in Coimbatore celebrated the Silver Jubilee of its 1995-99 batch alumni. Over 100 former students from India and abroad participated in the nostalgic event.


Coimbatore: The Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT) in Coimbatore hosted a grand Silver Jubilee celebration for its 1995-99 batch alumni on Sunday. The event saw a remarkable turnout with over a hundred former students participating from various parts of India and overseas.



The celebration commenced with a warm welcome extended to the alumni by their former teachers, creating an atmosphere of nostalgia and reverence. The returning students were visibly moved by the reception, which set the tone for a day filled with memories and camaraderie.



As part of the festivities, the alumni were given the opportunity to revisit their old classrooms. This walk down memory lane proved to be an emotional experience for many, as they relived their college days and shared anecdotes with their former classmates. The corridors and classrooms, once filled with their youthful aspirations, echoed with laughter and reminiscences.



The event also featured a cake-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the sweet success of the batch over the past 25 years. Sweets were distributed among the participants, adding to the joyous atmosphere. The celebrations culminated in a group photograph session, capturing the reunion of friends who had embarked on diverse paths since their graduation.
