This achievement qualifies them to obtain Fertilizer Dealership Licences and serve as para-extension officials, bolstering the agricultural sector in the region.

Christuraj presided over the certificate distribution ceremony, accompanied by Joint Director of Agriculture Krishnaveni, Director of State Agricultural Management and Extension Training Institute P. Sankaralingam, and other senior officials. The event marked the culmination of an intensive learning journey for the candidates.
The DAESI programme, known for its comprehensive curriculum, includes contact classes conducted by agricultural experts and practitioners at the district level every Sunday. These sessions are complemented by field visits, providing students with hands-on experience and practical knowledge.
Parallel to DAESI, the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) offers a similar programme - Diploma in Agricultural Inputs - in Tamil medium through its Directorate of Open and Distance Learning. This course has gained significant popularity due to its relevance in the agricultural sector.
