District Administration Announces Public Grievance Hearing in Sulur Under 'Ungalai Thedi Ungal Ooril' Scheme

On July 18 and 19, Coimbear district officials will meet Sulur residents under the 'Ungalai Thedi Ungal Ooril' scheme to hear their complaints and provide immediate solutions.

Coimbatore: The Coimbatore District Administration has recently announced that district administrators and officials will stay overnight in a designated district sector each month to listen and resolve public grievances directly from the residents. This initiative ensures that all government welfare schemes and services seamlessly reach the populace without any interruptions.

As per the schedule, on July 18 from 9 AM until July 19 at 9 AM, key officers will be stationed in the Sulur sector, interacting with the public and conducting field inspections. The local governance bodies including 41 village administrative offices, revenue inspector offices, five town panchayat offices, Karumathampatti Municipality, and two regional development offices will actively participate.

On the morning of July 18, from 11 AM to 12 PM, district department heads assigned to the Sulur sector will specifically be available to receive petitions from the public. Additionally, between 4:30 PM and 6 PM on the same day, the public can personally submit their grievances to the district collector at the Sulur regional development office.

This move by the district administration highlights its dedication to resolving public issues at the grassroots level and enhancing direct communication between government officials and citizens.
