Fatal Accident in Mettupalayam: Two-Wheeler Collides with Government Bus

Last night in Mettupalayam near Black Thunder, a severe accident occurred as a two-wheeler collided directly with a government bus. The rider sustained severe injuries and later succumbed.


Coimbatore: A tragic road accident occurred last night near Black Thunder in Mettupalayam, resulting in a fatality. A two-wheeler headed by a local resident, Kalimuthu (26), collided head-on with a state-run bus. Unfortunately, the collision was severe, leading to critical injuries for Kalimuthu, who resided near the Kallar Railway Gate in Puliyamarathu thoppu area.

Despite immediate efforts to save him, Kalimuthu succumbed to his injuries while being transported to the Mettupalayam Government Hospital. The local police are currently conducting an investigation into the accident to understand the circumstances leading up to this fatal incident.
