Coimbatore District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati and Corporation Commissioner M. Sivaguru Prabakaran conducted an inspection of the District Model School in RS Puram, assessing facilities and progress on 17th May 2024.
Coimbatore: On 17th May 2024, a significant inspection was conducted at the District Model School located in RS Puram, Coimbatore by District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati, IAS, alongside the Corporation Commissioner M. Sivaguru Prabakaran, IAS. Together, they evaluated the educational standards and infrastructure of this institution which has been operational since October 2022.

The school, known for its residential facilities, offers advanced courses in Mathematics/Computer Science and Biology/Computer Science. It allocates three teachers per subject, ensuring quality educational support. This initiative has successfully enrolled students in top educational institutes of India post their excellence in NEET and JEE examinations last academic year. Online classes for these competitive exams run from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, led by experts in the respective fields.
Additionally, the school caters to all competitive exams conducted by NTA, including NATA, CLAT, and BITSAT, covering their full fees. Students are provided with high-quality meals three times a day, complemented with fruits and snacks. Extracurricular activities ranging from Karate to photography are taught between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM, adding to their holistic education.
