Coimbatore Ranks Fourth in Government School Pass Rates in Tamil Nadu

Coimbatore: In the recently announced results for the Plus One public examination held on May 14th, Coimbatore District has achieved a commendable fourth place in pass rates among government schools across Tamil Nadu. The district recorded an overall pass percentage of 91.64%. Notably, male students registered a pass rate of 86.99%, while female students excelled with a pass rate of 94.76%. This performance underscores the effective educational strategies and quality teaching in the government schools of Coimbatore. The results highlight the disparity in achievement levels between male and female students, prompting further analysis and targeted educational enhancements.
