Shanvitha Sri from Vadavalli, Coimbatore, has created a record by typing 50 types of Tamil characters in just 24 seconds.
Coimbatore: In a remarkable display of skill, 6-year-old Shanvitha Sri, daughter of Ganesh Kumar and Geetha from Vadavalli, has made it into the India Book of Records. The young talent, studying in first grade, has been passionate about Tamil letters from a very young age. Using a laptop with English keyboard, Shanvitha has been practicing typing in Tamil.
Recognizing her interest, her parents provided her with specialized training, honing her skills.

Recently, Shanvitha achieved the feat of typing 12 vowels, 18 primary consonants, 18 secondary consonants, one Ayudha letter, and the spiritual symbol 'Om', totaling 50 Tamil characters, all within 24 seconds.

This achievement has not only set a new record but also highlighted the linguistic capabilities of young minds in mastering traditional scripts via modern technology.
