Coimbatore: In an artistic initiative to promote environmental conservation, students in Coimbatore have painted an impressive 300-foot wall mural, illustrating the crucial role trees play in our ecosystem.
The mural, located in Saibaba Colony, was organized by Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID) in collaboration with Bharathi Park Ladies Association to highlight the importance of trees in environmental protection, carbon dioxide absorption, and providing oxygen necessary for life.
The impressive mural not only beautifies the local area in the concept of courtyard but also serves as an educational tool for passersby, depicting trees as vital habitats for various birds and animals, essential for rainfall, and pivotal in maintaining ecological balance.
