IIID and Bharathi Park Ladies Association Paint a 300-feet Wall Mural in Saibaba Colony

Students in Coimbatore have created a 300-feet long wall mural in Saibaba Colony in the concept of a courtyard which raises awareness about the importance of trees in the environment.

Coimbatore: In an artistic initiative to promote environmental conservation, students in Coimbatore have painted an impressive 300-foot wall mural, illustrating the crucial role trees play in our ecosystem.

The mural, located in Saibaba Colony, was organized by Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID) in collaboration with Bharathi Park Ladies Association to highlight the importance of trees in environmental protection, carbon dioxide absorption, and providing oxygen necessary for life.

The impressive mural not only beautifies the local area in the concept of courtyard but also serves as an educational tool for passersby, depicting trees as vital habitats for various birds and animals, essential for rainfall, and pivotal in maintaining ecological balance.

The community's enthusiastic response, with many stopping to take pictures, reflects a growing public endorsement of such green initiatives.

This wall of art underscores the urgent need to protect our natural surroundings, reinforcing the message through visual impact.
