BJP Youth Wing Secretary from Coimbatore District Passes Away Following Road Accident

BJP Youth Wing District Secretary Naresh Kumar succumbed to injuries after a road accident near Madhampatty, Coimbatore. MLA Vanathi Srinivasan paid her respects by laying a wreath.


Coimbatore: In a tragic incident, Naresh Kumar, the BJP Youth Wing District Secretary, was severely injured in a road accident near Madhampatty yesterday. He was immediately rushed to the Coimbatore Government Hospital for emergency treatment in the intensive care unit.

Despite the best efforts by the medical team, Kumar passed away this morning (April 26) due to the injuries he sustained. His body was then moved to the mortuary for further examination. Following the news of his death, a large number of relatives and friends gathered outside the mortuary.



During this somber time, BJP National Women's Wing leader Vanathi Srinivasan visited the hospital, meeting with the grieving relatives and offered her condolences. She also laid a wreath on Kumar’s body as a mark of respect.

Later, as Kumar's body was transported by ambulance, a traffic jam occurred due to about 30 vehicles departing simultaneously from the site. Police intervened to manage the situation and redirected the traffic to ensure safety and order.
