Coimbatore: In a remarkable display of civic duty, Muthayammal, a 102-year-old resident of Sugunapuram in south Coimbatore, made her way to the polling station at the Sugunapuram Government High School to cast her vote today. She was assisted by her family members and used a wheelchair to exercise her electoral right. Her family members highlighted her belief in voting as a fundamental right, emphasizing that everyone should participate in the democratic process irrespective of their age.
