Tamil Nadu Agricultural University’s Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Coimbatore organized “AgriTech Manifest’24”, International Technical Symposium on "Farming the Future: Engineering the Sustainable Agriculture" on March 19 th 2024. Experts from the field of engineering shared their experiences for improving the farming community and around 600 students participated in the event.
This symposium provided a platform for exchanging the ideas from young buds from different institutes to offer the engineering solutions for making more profitable and sustainable agriculture. The Registrar, Dr.R.Thamizh Vendhan, Ph.D. TNAU delivered the keynote address and Dr. A. Raviraj, Dean (Engg.) and Dr.N.Venkatesa Palanisamy Dean (Agri.) delivered the felicitation address. The event was honoured by Er.Rajasekhar Siddheswaran, Deputy General Manager, John Deere India. He inspired students by sharing his professional experience and showed a glimpse of his contributions to the society as a proud alumnus of the College. The souvenir of symposium was released by Registrar & Chief Guest.
