Vanathi Srinivasan Criticizes CM MK Stalin for Using Government Stage to Criticize PM Modi

Vanathi Srinivasan condemned Chief Minister's for using government platforms as political stages, criticizing his remarks about the Prime Minister at a government event in Coimbatore.

Coimbatore: In the Puliakulam area of Coimbatore South Assembly constituency, Vanathi Srinivasan, the assembly member and National BJP Women's Wing Leader, inaugurated a sanitized ATM machine.

Following the inauguration,

she addressed the media, condemning Chief Minister's approach of turning government platforms into venues for political rhetoric.

She expressed concern over the Chief Minister's recent speech in Pollachi, where he allegedly used a government event to launch a tirade against the Prime Minister, describing his speech as uncivilized and beyond the norms of political decency. Srinivasan highlighted the irony in criticizing the central government and the Prime Minister at a government event meant to honor public initiatives.

Detailing the contributions of Prime Minister Modi's administration to Tamil Nadu, Srinivasan questioned the Chief Minister's awareness of the extensive financial aid and projects initiated by the central government in the state. She refuted the Chief Minister's allegations by outlining the various initiatives taken by the Modi government, including financial assistance to farmers, reservation policies for women in government jobs, housing projects under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and efforts to save the coconut industry.

Srinivasan criticized the DMK's track record of misinformation, referencing their stance on NEET exams and their history of making unfulfilled promises to the electorate. She accused the DMK of attempting to obstruct central government projects in Tamil Nadu and called out their reliance on spreading falsehoods through "WhatsApp University".

She concluded by asserting that the DMK's deceptive practices have been exposed and that the people of Tamil Nadu are becoming increasingly aware of the DMK's political maneuvers. Srinivasan's remarks underscore the ongoing tension between state and central government relations, particularly in the context of political discourse and development projects in Tamil Nadu.
