Kumaraguru Institutions Hosts 'Astitva' - A Riveting Sitar Ensemble by Shivanjali's Temple of Fine Arts

"Astitva," an evocative sitar ensemble presented by Shivanjali's Temple of Fine Arts at Ramanandha Adigalar Auditorium, captivated over 1000 attendees with a musical journey through life's stages, complemented by innovative stage design and storytelling.


Coimbatore: The Ramanandha Adigalar Auditorium at Kumaraguru Institutions in Saravanampatti was the scene of an extraordinary musical event as Shivanjali's Temple of Fine Arts presented "Astitva", a sitar ensemble performance that explored the essence of existence.



The event featured 20 participants, including 16 sitarists and percussionists, all adorned in beautiful costumes, performing on a uniquely designed three-layered vertical stage setup divided into 18 cubicles.



This arrangement not only enhanced the visual appeal but also the acoustic experience for the audience.



The ensemble, through its melodic prowess, took the audience on an emotional voyage that mirrored the various phases of human life, from the innocence of childhood through the complexities of adulthood, culminating in a reflective quest for peace.
