Coimbatore: On February 8th, Coimbatore City Corporation Commissioner, Ma. Sivaguru Prabhakaran, conducted an inspection in the areas of Pappanaickenpalayam and M.G. Road within Ward No. 49 of the Central Zone. During the visit, he engaged with the sanitation workers on duty to understand more about their work.
He advised the sanitation staff on the significance of segregating waste at the source, stressing the need to distinguish between biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste when collecting from the public.
