Annadanam Held at Various Temples in Kangayam to Celebrate Ayodhya Ram Temple Kumbhabhishekam

Kangayam in Tiruppur district witnesses Annadanam at various temples in celebration of the Kumbhabhishekam of Ram Temple in Ayodhya.


Coimbatore: Marking the occasion of the Kumbhabhishekam of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, various temples in Kangayam, Tiruppur district, commenced Annadanam (offering of food) early this morning. The Annadanam was organized by Hindu organizations, social activists, and devotees in different parts of Kangayam.

The Annadanam at Kangayam Perumal Temple was notably initiated by the Jai Sriram organization. Following the ceremonial offerings to the idol of Lord Rama and the consecrated food, the feast was distributed to the public and devotees. Venku G. Manimaran, the AIADMK Secretary of Kangayam, participated as a special invitee and assisted in distributing the meals.

The event was part of a larger celebration that included special rituals at the Sivanmalai Anjaneyar Temple, conducted for the well-being of all citizens of Bharat. Various leaders like Agriculture Team Manager Arunachalam, OBC Team Manager Kathar Govindaraj, Data Management Manager Sanjeev Kumar, Trade Team North Union Leader Kanagaraj, District Trade Division Secretary K. Shanmugam, and Information Communication & Social Media Team Leader of Kangayam Lokesh were present during the celebration.
