Coimbatore: On behalf of the Tamil Nadu Podhu Medai, a petition was submitted today (22.01.2023) to the District Collector of Coimbatore. The petitioners urge the declaration of January 30 as Anti-Communalism Day.

Key figures, including Thapedi General Secretary Ku. Ramakrishnan and Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Party representative Susi Kalaiyarasan, were present during the submission. The request highlights the need for recognizing the day to combat religious hatred and promote communal harmony.
