Coimbatore: In a significant move towards women's empowerment, the Coimbatore People's Service Center, Balamal Foundation, and Vandana Foundation have jointly launched their 10th branch of the free tailoring training program under the 'Suyam' project. Vanathi Srinivasan, MLA of Coimbatore South and leader of the BJP Women's Wing, inaugurated this new center today in Vadavalli.
The program is designed to transform women into entrepreneurs by equipping them with tailoring skills. A large number of women attended the inauguration and enrolled in the training sessions.
