Coimbatore: According to a notice issued by Mettupalayam TNEB Engineer Sathya, a grievance redressal camp is scheduled for tomorrow (January 18, 2024) at the Mettupalayam Division Office on Sirumugai Road. The camp, beginning at 11 AM, will be overseen by the Supervising Engineer, who will listen to and resolve consumer complaints regarding electricity services.
Residents are encouraged to directly present their issues to the engineer for effective and immediate solutions. This initiative by the TNEB aims to address customer grievances promptly and improve service quality in the Mettupalayam area.
