KK Vidyalaya School in Coimbatore Celebrates Pongal with a 120 Feet Pot Kolam

Coimbatore: The Pongal festival was celebrated with exceptional creativity and cultural fervor at KK Vidyalaya School in Kaduvettipalayam, Coimbatore.



On Jan. 12, students displayed their artistic talent by drawing a magnificent 120 feet Pongal pot kolam in just two hours.



The festive event also included traditional folk dances and the singing of native songs around the kolam, immersing the school in the spirit of Pongal. The celebration was a vibrant display of the students' connection to Tamil traditions and culture.

School authorities, including the principal and teachers, participated, further enriching the cultural ambiance. KK Vidyalaya School's Pongal celebration is a testament to the importance of cultural heritage and its promotion among the youth.
