Coimbatore District Collector Conducts Various Inspections

Coimbatore District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati conducted multiple inspections, including a special medical camp and cleanliness drive at local schools and water tank construction sites.


Coimbatore: In a series of inspections, Coimbatore District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati was actively involved in overseeing various developmental and health initiatives in the region. Yesterday, a special medical camp, part of the Chief Minister's comprehensive health insurance scheme, was held in Kinathukadavu on the occasion of Karunanidhi's centenary celebrations. The District Collector inspected the camp, inquiring about application registrations and procedures.

Continuing his inspection tour, Pati visited the Kinathukadavu Government Higher Secondary School to review the cleanliness operations. The school's maintenance and hygiene standards were under scrutiny to ensure a conducive learning environment for students.

Following this, the Collector proceeded to inspect the ongoing construction of overhead water tanks in Settipalayam Panchayat, Thillai Nagar, and Sangam Nagar. These tanks, having capacities of 1 lakh liters and 2.5 lakh liters, are being constructed under the AMRUT scheme. The projects aim to enhance water storage and supply facilities in the region.

During these inspections, Assistant Directors of Panchayats Dwarakanath Singh, Kinathukadavu Panchayat leader Kathirvel, Panchayat Executive Officer Jothibasu, and Distribution Officer Raja Krithika were present, among others. These inspections signify the district administration's commitment to improving public health, education, and infrastructure in Coimbatore.
