Young Women Dazzle in Traditional Attire at Costume Contest in Coimbatore's Kalapatti

Coimbatore: Kalapatti in Coimbatore recently hosted a costume contest, "Namma Ooru Thaaru Maaru," aimed at raising awareness about Indian and Tamil cultural traditions. The event witnessed the participation of over 50 models, showcasing the diversity of India's cultural attire, representing various states.

The contest included both children and adults, who adorned themselves in traditional outfits that signified the rich cultural heritage of different Indian states. The participants' elegant walk and presentation in traditional attire, contrasting with the usual modern fashion shows, left the audience in awe.
