Coimbatore: Two-day training programme on “Commercial production of fruit and vegetable products” will be held in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore on 15.11.2023 and 16.11.2023 between 9.30 A.M and 5.00 P.M. Training will be given on the following processing technologies.

* Dehydrated vegetables and fruits

* Mixed fruit jam

* Squash

* Ready to serve beverages

* Pickles

* Candy

* Fruit bar

* Fruit toffee

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1,770.00 (1500/+ GST 18%) - (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy only) in person on the first day of training.
