Dravida Kazhagam Protest in Dharapuram Against Medical Student Admission Limitation Directive

Tirupur: In a fervent display of dissent, Dharapuram, Tirupur district, witnessed a protest led by Dravida Kazhagam against the central government's directive limiting medical student admissions to a maximum of 100 for a population of ten lakhs.

The demonstration near the Anna statue echoed with slogans questioning the government's decision and its impact on the community's progress.

District Secretaries Prabhakaran articulated the concerns, joined by General Committee Member Sakthivel Advocate, State Youth Deputy Secretary Muneeswaran, Rationalist Association District Secretary Teacher Murugesan, and Dravida Kazhagam Siddhi Branch Organizer Murugan Union Secretary Tarapuram Periyasamy Kanyur Tamil Tigers West Zone Deputy Secretary Ondiveeran, making their voices heard in this impactful protest.
