Palladam, Tirupur: Pandemonium erupted at Palladam’s Arignar Anna bus stand when two state-run buses, one en route from Pollachi to Theni and the other from Coimbatore to Madurai, collided dramatically.
Passengers aboard the Pollachi-bound bus alleged that the driver’s reckless speed was the cause of the accident. Miraculously, injuries sustained were minor, but ten individuals, including children, were admitted to Palladam Government Hospital for treatment.
