Breakfast plan mocked in dinamalar - Strong opposition in Coimbatore - DMK's youth wing protests

The DMK youth wing in Coimbatore staged a protest against Dinamalar for publishing a news item mocking the Tamil Nadu government's breakfast scheme. The news has created a lot of turmoil among the youth of Tamil Nadu and parents, social activists and on social media.



Coimbatore: DMK's youth wing and students' wing burnt down dinamalar newspaper for publishing a news item about the breakfast scheme and registered their protest.

The Government of Tamil Nadu is implementing various schemes for the students to get non-stop education. Many students are implementing welfare schemes to bring Tamil Nadu as the number one state across India. Because of this, eggs were provided with nutritious food already provided.

This was followed by the launch of breakfast meal scheme in primary schools, which was successfully addressed across India. Telangana State Education Minister came to Tamil Nadu and sought feedback on how the scheme is being implemented.

In this situation, today's Dinamalar daily has made headlines on the front page demeaning the breakfast scheme. The news has created a lot of turmoil among the youth of Tamil Nadu and parents, social activists and Tamil fanatics.

Dmk's youth wing and students' wing have been protesting against this by burning the dinamalar at various places and raising slogans against them.



Protesting against Dinamalar daily in Coimbatore, town hall clock tower, Dmk's youth wing and students' wing led by DMK city district youth wing convenor Dhanapal burnt the Dinamalar daily and raised slogans against it.



Arun, youth wing co-organisers Manikandan, Masood, Arun and others participated in the meeting.



The protest lasted for about half an hour.



More than 50 people participated in the protest and protested against it.
