Hip Hop Aadhi announces plans to launch Music Academy

At a press conference at the Bharathiar University in Coimbatore, film music composer and actor Hip Hop Aadhi announced plans to start a music academy and explained that he had completed his Ph.D as a prelude to that.


Coimbatore: At the 38th convocation ceremony of Bharathiar University in Coimbatore, the Tamil Nadu Governor R N Ravi conferred degrees on graduates of two academic year batches.



Hip Hop Aadhi who one of them was earlier at a press conference in the campus and questioned by reporters about getting a degree from the hands of the TN Governor R N Ravi who he had said was against the interest of Tamilians in the state. In response, Aadhi quipped, "The doctorate degree should be obtained from the Governor and there is no other alternative."

At the press conference, Hip Hop Aadhi also announced his plans to launch his own music academy soon. "I have been doing research on music for five years and now it has been completed. It is a pleasure to get a doctorate. It was difficult to study while working elsewhere. Plans are afoot to start my own music academy and this Ph.D is a a prelude to it," he added.
