Farmers celebrated the Removal of Director of Mineral Resources in Tirupur Celebrated by distributing sweets

The District Collector has issued a notification removing Vallal from his position as Director of Mineral Resources in Tirupur's Geology and Mining Department. The Tamil Nadu Farmers Protection Association and the Environment Protection Movement celebrated with sweets.


Tirupur: Vallal, who was working as assistant director of mineral resources in the geology and mining department at the Tirupur district collectorate, continued to boycott review meetings of the district administration and farmers' grievance redressal meetings.

The District Collector inspected the office of the Department of Geology and Mines and gave various suggestions, but the Assistant Director who did not implement the same was relieved of his duties and appointed Sachin Anand as the additional charge.
