When an elderly man asked me how I operate two cell phones, I said "I am dealing with two states, can't I deal with two cell phones”.

Coimbatore: The people of Tamil Nadu may have recognized our talents and made us Members of Parliament.

But the Union Ministry has recognised us and made us Governor so that our talents get rewarded said Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan at a function in Coimbatore.

Participating at a Employees’ Day function at PSG Arts and Science College, the Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan said that even those who wanted to uphold Tamil and to bring it to the vocational stream of education in Tamil Nadu have failed to do so, but the PSG college has done that. This college was the first to teach chemistry in Tamil.

While stressing about team spirit she said: "even though I like dosa, I got used to eating idlis when the cook didn’t know how to make it. Similarly, I like to drive fast in the car, but got used to slow driving when protocol insists on it”.

"When an elderly man asked me how I operate two cell phones, I said I am dealing with two states and can't I deal with two cell phones” Tamilisai quipped.
