Factionalism to the Fore: Poster campaign against EPS supporters, who spread rumour about OPS supporter Pugazhendhi's death on social media

Posters have been put up at prominent places in the city demanding action against the EPS supporters for spreading blatant lies on social media saying that AIADMK leader and OPS supporter Bangalore Pugazhendhi is dead.

Coimbatore: Taking exception to the posters put up by the EPS faction that one of its supporters Pugazhendi is dead, the O Panneerselvam camp retaliated by starting a poster campaign condemning the supporters of Edappadi K Palaniswami for spreading false information

AIADMK factionalism again has surfaced with poster campaigns led by the EPS and OPS factions. While Edappadi K Palaniswami is fighting for sole leadership of AIADMK, OPS and Sasikala also stake their claim.

In this scenario, the differences between the O Panneerselvam faction and the Edappadi K Palaniswami faction have led to various debates in social media.

In the meanwhile, a supporter of Edappadi K Palaniswami's faction has posted a teary-eyed poster on social media stating that Bangalore Pugazhendhi, a supporter of O Panneerselvam, has passed away.

The OPS faction has lodged a complaint with the police demanding appropriate action against the Edappadi Palanisamy faction for spreading lies and false information.

In the meanwhile, posters have been pasted at prominent places in Coimbatore demanding appropriate action against the person who shared a teary-eyed poster on the internet. OPS supporter Zakir Hussain has demanded action against the person to spread the lie on social media.

Posters have been pasted in the Court premises, Government arts college, Collectorate, Kuniyamuthur, Peelamedu and many other places demanding action against mischief mongers of the EPS faction who spread lies.
