Pavankumar G Giriyappanavar takes over as new Commissioner of Tirupur Corporation

Tirupur Mayor Dinesh Kumar presented a bouquet of flowers to Pavankumar G Giriyappanavar, who took charge as the Commissioner of Tirupur Corporation at the Corporation office.



Tirupur: Pavankumar G Giriyappanavar who has been appointed as the new Commissioner of Tirupur Corporation, took charge at the corporation office here today.

Even as IAS officers were transferred across Tamil Nadu a few days ago, Kranthi Kumar Pati who was the Commissioner of Tirupur Corporation has been transferred and posted as the Collector of Coimbatore. In his place, Pavankumar G Giriyappanavar, who was the Project Director of Cuddalore district has been appointed as the new Commissioner of Tirupur Corporation.



Pavankumar G Giriyappanavar took charge as the new Commissioner of Tirupur Corporation on Friday.



The Municipal Corporation Mayor Dinesh Kumar presented him with a bouquet of flowers and congratulated him. It is to be noted that Pavankumar G Giriyappanavar, who took over as the Commissioner of Tirupur Corporation, had earlier served as the Deputy Collector of Dharapuram.
